Dispatch & Deliveries
- All web sales orders are dispatched via Australia Post eParcel. Proof of age and Signature required unless delivery instructions are provided.
- All wholesale orders are dispatched via Fastway Couriers.
- Wholesale orders outside the couriers range, or any sent to post office boxes are dispatched via Australia Post.
- We dispatch goods Monday to Friday.
- For delivery we suggest approximately 3 to 5 business days.
- If sending goods to your place of work, it is helpful to include the business name, office tower name and level.

- We want you to be 100% happy with your order and it is our aim to ensure that all products supplied to all customers arrive in perfect condition.
- Our Returns Policy outlines the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
- If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products provided that you inform us of your intention to return the products within seven working days from the date of your order being delivered. However, we will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.
- If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, we will also cover the cost of delivery for the return.
