This is where we work on our casks and barrels—where we rejuvenate, tailor and repair them to suit our needs through resizing, shaving, toasting and charring. Well-sorted casks can mean the difference between good whisky and spectacular whisky, which makes the craftspeople inside (and their machinery) very important indeed.
