The LARK Cellar Door ignites this June with The Night Garden, a celebration of the arrival of winter and the next release of our legendary Dark Lark Single Malt Whisky.
Join us for extended evening hours, live music, and the transformation of our courtyard into a bold, fire-led winter playground. Highlights include fire pits, hot whisky cocktails, and Ember Box wood-fired pizzas.
The Night Garden offers an exclusive first look at Dark Lark No.166 ahead of its official release in July – an innovative, category-defying Single Malt, brought to life through flavour and flame.
Live music from 6pm each Friday and Saturday sets the tone, with Hugo Bladel (June 12 & 19), the Wolfefolk Duo (June 13), and Mangus & Co. (June 20).
On June 18, fire comes to the fore with a live barrel toasting exhibit from 6pm, executed by our expert barrel coopers. Our whisky makers will also be present with preview tastings of Dark Lark available.
