Bill and Lyn Lark founded LARK in 1992, becoming the first Australian distillery to produce Single Malt spirit in the country for 154 years. In 2015, Bill was named the 28th inductee of the World Whisky Awards Hall of Fame, the first Australian to be bestowed such an honour. In 2022 he was honoured with the ‘Lifetime Achievement’ Award at the 2022 Spirits Business Awards. A true international whisky icon.
