After a lifetime of calling this mystical island home, we’re shaped by our landscape’s extremes. The purest water, the super-climate and the casks, all help to inform our unique house style – but it’s our team that truly creates something fascinating. Candid, skilled and hands-on, our team of makers and experimenters are explorers at heart.
Each whisky speaks to the ingenuity of our blending and distilling team and their control of vintage casks. Maturating and finishing with our custom fortified seasoning delivers a deep sweetness, balanced by our unique use of apple wood smoked water – offering a fuller, silkier mouthfeel.
The result is an irresistible collection of bold and elemental Single Malts. Across our portfolio, this style provides a steady base for exploration as we amplify key flavour notes to delicious effect.
