Tasting Notes
Nose
Blasts of burnt orange, toasted cinnamon and peat smoke jump from the glass.
Palate
Buttery crepes suzette, accompanied by intense smoky marmalade and grape fruit that dominate the moment.
Finish
Oily triple sec, earthy peat and dried apricots are moreish, wrapping up the experience in exquisite fashion.

Chinotto Cask Strength takes all the flavours you love from the Chinotto Cask Release and turns the intensity all the way up. Born in the 1950's, Chinotto is Italy's most beloved sparkling drink, with distinct bitter orange flavours from the citrus oils of the myrtle-leaved Chinotto oranges of sun-kissed Southern Italy. We created our very own Chinotto at our Tasmanian distillery, which we have used to liberally season our casks, resulting in a single malt bursting with Italian citrus and all the romance of a Tuscan holiday.
