Chinotto Cask III Release

Following on from the global award-winning Chinotto Cask II release, this release pushes deeper into the bittersweet, smoky citrus profile. A vibrant fusion of sun-warmed citrus and Tasmanian peat, refined through innovation and delivered at cask strength. Only 842 bottles are available.

Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky finished in LARK’s own Chinotto seasoned casks, building on the acclaim of its original release. Bottled at cask strength to showcase its intense character, Chinotto’s bitter orange vibrancy meets our Tasmanian peat for a uniquely bold signature.

Candied citrus with cola spice and sweet cinnamon leads into Crêpes Suzette richness and smoky marmalade, layered with gingerbread and dark chocolate. Brown butter and orange treacle tart settle into bittersweet citrus smoke, unmistakably Chinotto Cask Strength.
