Flavour Profile

It’s got mountains of buttery walnut baklava, caramel fudge, dried apricots and espresso, with roasted almonds and vanilla cream lingering on the finish.

Behind the Whisky

This is the second release in The Whisky Club x LARK Rare Seppeltsfield series. Following on from the sell-out success of the first release, Chris Thomson and his team have gone bolder and bigger in every way.

Master Distiller Chris Thomson has created this exclusive dram in the style of our vintage double-sherried releases, using barrels from our Cambridge site. Famed for its rich, butterscotch-over-citrus character and oily texture.

This luscious single malt is non-chill filtered, with all natural colour, bottled at 49% ABV, its got mountains of buttery walnut baklava, caramel fudge, dried apricots and espresso, with roasted almonds and vanilla cream lingering on the finish.
