Since 1992, we've been crafting Australia's No.1 Luxury Single Malt's from our island home of Tasmania, a land of evocative extremes, unique resources, and an inventive island culture. It's a whisky super-climate unlike any other characterised by cold snowy winters and lengthy summer days.
Our whiskies are exposed to the cleanest air and some of the most pristine waterways Australia has to offer. Combined with our local barley, our very own Central Highland peat marsh and a strong pioneering attitude to flavour, every single drop of LARK captures a rich piece of our islands natural landscape.
