Join us as we unpack the story behind LARK’s deep connection with Australia's most significant fortified wine producers. If you’ve ever wondered how a humble cask can turn great whisky into something extraordinary, this is your chance to find out in this exclusive tasting event.

Guided by our expert hosts and distillers, you’ll journey through a curated flight of LARK whiskies and Australian fortified wines. We’ll pull apart the layers and reveal how the incredible heritage of Australian Rare Tawny and Apera leave their mark on our spirit.
