On Saturday, October 4th, The Still will host an exclusive tasting event showcasing every single cask release to date from LARK’s Wilderness Collection.

Join Bill Lark and the makers behind The Wilderness Collection as you savour the past five Single Cask releases. Each paired with crafted small plates by local chef Benjamin Co-Pavier. Paired snacks will be inspired by the wild elemental beauty of Tasmania, and the bold flavours of these rare single cask, single malts.

For collectors, complete sets of the Earth and Sky Chapters will be made available for purchase.
