Join us at The Still, LARK Whisky Bar for an afternoon of storytelling, whisky, and flavour exploration with acclaimed Scottish food writer, anthropologist, and broadcaster Ghillie Basan.
Ghillie will share tales from her new book, Food Whisky Life – a rich, sensory memoir that weaves together stories of remote living in the Highlands of Scotland, culinary adventures through spice and global cuisine, and the soulful pairing of food and whisky.
Guests will enjoy four LARK single malts, each paired with a dish crafted in collaboration between Ghillie and The Still kitchen team.
The event will be made even more special, with Bill Lark joining Ghillie in conversation, to explore stories from the world of Tasmanian whisky and the unique flavours of our island home.
