Wood Profile

Aged in first fill Port and Sherry Casks. Finished in ex-Bourbon and American Oak wine Casks.

Nose

Delicate poached nectarines glazed in acacia honey, toasted almonds, and a hint of sugared lemon crepes.

Taste

Sumptuous berry reduction swirled into chocolate, with brûlée vanilla custard and golden, butter-soaked shortbread.

Crafted using the LARK Cask Seasoning Program — Created using Seppeltsfield Tawny Port, along with Australian PX (Pedro Ximénez), Apera (Sherry) and Muscadelle, which provides intense sweetness, underpinned by leather and umami notes.
