In the wild's of Tasmania's deep west, Amongst the sphagnum moss of Lake St Clair, hides a frog no bigger than a grape. A frog that will spend its entire life amongst the same moss that our pear is pulled from. The Moss Froglet; the smallest amphibian living amongst the strongest whisky flavour.

The finish offers dark chocolate-coated coffee beans, burnt orange compote, and a final embrace of Tasmanian floral peat.
