THE EARTH CHAPTER
The EARTH Chapter is a tribute to this unique ecosystem, capturing the spirit of the land in every drop. From the dense moss that blankets the ground to the rare creatures and plants that thrive in its hidden pockets, each single cask expression brings to life the wild beauty of our very own Tasmania's highland peat marsh.
This is a land that demands preservation, where peat, drawn from the heart of the wilderness, carries with it the essence of flora and fauna that have existed here for millennia. The EARTH Chapter honours this delicate balance, with single cask whiskies steeped in the flavours of the land. Endemic species like the Moss Froglet, the Horned Orchid, and the towering King Billy Pine weave their tales through each release, grounding you in the raw, untamed heart of Tasmania.

EARTH 02
Nestled deep within Tasmania’s wild terrain, lies our very own Central Highland Peat Marsh and is home to one of the island's most revered trees: the King Billy Pine. Once nearly driven to extinction for its timber, the King Billy Pine now stands as a symbol of the island’s enduring wilderness. This flagship of the Gondwana pines thrives in the same regions where our peat is harvested, infusing our whisky with the spirit of Tasmania’s ancient forests.
Matured in a Seppeltsfield Tawny cask, this single malt whisky evokes a sensory journey through the island’s rugged landscapes and heralds our unique Tasmanian peat and LARK’s unique post malt smoking process.
