Flavour Profile

This luxurious and intrepid whisky offers a fusion of caramelised sugar, spiced tropical fruit, a wisp of Tasmanian peat smoke with an umami warmth. Notes of candied pecan, caramelised banana and spiced fruit cake celebrate the wild Tasmanian character with the warmth and spice of fine rum.

Wood Profile

Aged in first-fill vintage Port and Sherry casks from Seppeltsfield. Finished in truly exceptional Rum casks.

Nose

Demerara sugar and strawberry compote, with coffee fudge and golden oat biscuit.

Taste

Caramelised banana and cocoa nibs layered with toasted brioche and stewed plums.

Finish

Spiced fruit cake, molasses and candied pecan, leaving a lasting warmth and richness.
