Luxuriously floral, delicate and buttery, showcasing the exquisite complexity and depth of flavours imparted by Mizunara oak. Experience layers of leatherwood honey, citrus blossom, quince paste and warm almond croissant, lifted by a fine thread of white sandalwood . A luscious palate of Silky crème brûlée and golden sultana roll into kumquat marmalade, macadamia praline and a gentle white pepper snap. The finish lingers with toasted coconut wafer and ginger snap linger with dried apricot, crisp pear and a final brush of demerara syrup.
NOSE
Leatherwood honey, citrus blossom, quince paste and warm almond croissant, lifted by a fine thread of white sandalwood.
PALATE
Silky crème brûlée and golden sultana roll into kumquat marmalade, macadamia praline and a gentle white pepper snap.
FINISH
Toasted coconut wafer and ginger snap linger with dried apricot, crisp pear and a final brush of demerara syrup.
