Crafted at our Cambridge distillery, matured in Port and Sherry casks and finished in red wine barrels infused with Jean Pascal’s Fruit Mince Pie jus, it’s rich, bold, and full of festive flavour, capturing the spirit of the season in every drop. This special release is the result of passionate craftsmanship and shared artistry. it’s a celebration of bold flavours and festive indulgence.

This special single malt starts where our Central Highlands peat bog and the wild landscape meet.

CHINOTTO CITRUS CASK SINGLE MALT WHISKY 
Finished in casks hand seasoned with vibrant chinotto citrus​. This distinctive sun-kissed single malt dances with candied citrus, a balance of malt flavour fired up with a bittersweet edge.​ ​ Vivacious and bright, follow your curiosity into uncharted whisky territory, where cocktails are encouraged, and conventions are there to be challenged.​
