Orders are sent express via Australa post, with full insurance. All orders are shipped same day when ordered before 12pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday morning.

For metro delivery, we suggest allowing 1-2 business days for your order to arrive.

Our Sherry Aged & Sherry Finished single malt whisky won gold last year at IWSC. It's a marriage of first fill ex-sherry casks from our Cambridge Distillery, finished in a combination of carefully selected Oloroso and PX Sherry Butts from Seppeltsfield in South Australia.

Symphony No1 represents a composition of exceptional Tasmanian single malt whiskies. Head Distiller Chris Thomson has expertly woven the complexity of American oak bourbon with the balance of sherry and heavier depth of port to form a creamy, oily melody of flavours; a malt whisky that’s full of life from start to finish and carries the umcompromised signature of Lark Whisky—a Tasmanian icon.
