DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

All domestic web sales orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express eParcel. Proof of age and an adults signature are required for every shipment. Tracking and insurance is included with each shipment for peace of mind.

We dispatch goods Monday to Friday. If sending goods to your place of work (or a business) please be sure to include the business name and level.

For metro delivery, we suggest allowing 1-2 business days for your order to arrive. Most orders arrive next business day if ordered before 2pm.

For delivery outside of metro areas, we suggest allowing up to 2-6 business days for your order to arrive. ‍

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Proof of age and an adults signature are required for every shipment. Please allow 1-3 business days for international orders to be dispatched. Tracking and insurance is included with each shipment for peace of mind.

All international delivery timeframes and rates will vary and will be quoted at checkout based on your order's total weight and delivery location. Please note that these delivery timeframes are a guide and may change based on border delays specific to your country which are outside of our control.

International orders are not subject to Australin sales taxes. However, your order may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. Your local customs authority will contact you directly to process any applicable import charges.

Chinotto Cask x Amaro Release

Limited to 150 sets, this citrus bundle is your gateway from Italy to Tasmania.

The Amaro Release II is finished in casks seasoned with a locally brewed Amaro from Osare, this limited Tasmanian Single Malt from our Pontville distillery is first matured in Port and Sherry oak, before gaining bittersweet depth in its finishing casks. Chocolate liqueur and aromatic bitters lift the nose, followed by pipe tobacco sweetness and buttery spiced fruit loaf. The palate evolves into velvety toffee fudge, floral jam and honey sweetened Earl Grey, closing on dark botanical complexity with lingering alpine character.

Bottled at 60% cask strength, Chinotto Cask III is released without compromise, allowing its intense character to speak in full. Bright, candied citrus and cola spice rise first, followed by sweet cinnamon and Crêpes Suzette richness, before settling into layers of smoky marmalade, gingerbread and dark chocolate. Beneath it all, Tasmanian peat smoke weaves through brown butter and orange treacle tart, delivering a long, bittersweet finish that is unmistakably Chinotto.
