You’ll taste four different cask strength Tasmanian single malts, each selected for its unique flavour and suitability for blending.

Do I get to take home the whisky I create?
Yes — every guest leaves with a 500ml bottle of their own custom LARK whisky blend, crafted during the session.

Do I need whisky knowledge or blending experience?

The blending masterclass runs for approximately 2 hours.

The price is $599 per person, including all tastings and your custom 500ml bottle.

When is it offered? Fuse is available at 3pm daily.
Is there a purchase discount included? Yes — participants receive a 10% discount on bottle purchases at The Still (excluding Rare Cask and Limited Releases).

Are children allowed?
All guests must be 18 years or older, as whisky tastings are included in the experience.

Is LARK Cellar Door accessible for visitors with mobility needs?
The site is accessible; however it is a heritage building that spans two floors so please let us know in advance if you have accessibility needs so we can ensure the most appropriate part of the venue is utilised for your experience

Can I cancel or change my booking?
You may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled experience. Changes made within 24 hours cannot be accommodated
