Delivery & Return Information
All web sales orders are dispatched via Australia Post eParcel. Proof of age and signature are required.
We dispatch goods Monday to Friday. If sending goods to your place of work (or a business) please be sure to include the business name and level.
For metro delivery, we suggest allowing 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.
For delivery outside of metro areas, we suggest allowing up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. All wholesale orders are dispatched via Fastway Couriers.
All wholesale orders outside the courier's range, or any sent to post office boxes are dispatched via Australia Post.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% happy with your order and we aim to ensure that all products supplied to all customers arrive in perfect condition.
Our Returns Policy covers the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products, provided that you inform us of your intention to return the products within seven working days from the date of your order being delivered. However, we will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.
If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, we will also cover the cost of delivery for the return.
