  • When will I receive my parcel?

    We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels and they provide all our customers with a tracking number which you can find in your confirmation of shipping email. Please check your spam/junk mail folder if you can’t see it. Due to COVID-19, Australia post has faced some delays. Just in case you need a little something to pop into a gift box or envelope, we have created a downloadable Gift Verification Certificate which you can print at home or at your local print shop. It’s an interim solution while your order is in transit.

  • Do you offer express shipping?

    Yes. We can post your order express shipping for an additional $24. Just select the express post option at checkout and we'll have your goods to you ASAP.

  • Do you do international shipping?

    In the future, we will offer international shipping, but it is not a service we currently offer. Some of our customers living abroad have organised shipping overseas using a contact in Australia to ship over bottles on their behalf via DHL or alternative freight company. This is not something we can do on your behalf.

  • Are you open for distillery tours?

    Unfortunately, we have no plans to reopen distillery tours at the moment due to COVID-19. Our cellar door on Davey St is open for all your tasting needs and you should drop in for a dram and a whisky chat if you get the chance.

  • What are the cellar door opening times?

    Lark’s Cellar Door is open Sunday - Wednesday 12 pm - 7 pm and Thursday - Saturday 12 pm - 8 pm. Currently, we are NOT offering Distillery Tours due to COVID 19.

  • Do we need to make a booking for your cellar door?

    If you are enquiring about a large group or a private booking, please email and one of our amazing team will get back to you shortly.

  • Can I choose a bottle number?

    We occasionally offer this as part of a promotion, but unfortunately this is not a regular service we can offer.
