We were one of four distillers nominated for Worldwide Whisky Producer of the Year at the 2020 International Wine & Spirit Competition.
When Bill and Lyn Lark started distilling Tasmanian Bush Liqueur from their home in 1992, they couldn’t have imagined the success their award-winning single malt whiskies and spirits would bring them. They probably didn’t see Bill’s nickname as the “Godfather of Australian Whisky” coming either.
As our repertoire of whisky, gin, brandy and rum expanded, so did our trophy cases. But we haven’t let it go to our heads. Lark’s intense passion and commitment for creating the finest quality Tasmanian whisky and spirits is stronger than ever.
Each of our bottles is still handcrafted, one by one, making it oh so sweet to be recognized for the labour of love that goes into creating Lark’s award-winning Tasmanian whisky. We’re deeply honoured and humbled to be nominated for and awarded a variety of accolades both here at home and around the world.
