Orders are sent express via Australa post, with full insurance. All orders are shipped same day when ordered before 12pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday morning.

Lark Whisky casks were liberally seasoned with our own handcrafted Coal Valley Chinotto, meticulously distilled and aged with the same love and patience as the original 2021 Release which was awarded a 95 at the International Wine and Spirits Competition.

This experimental single malt is best enjoyed neat or over ice - with a flavour profile this sublime, no other ingredients are necessary.

Chinotto Cask Release is testament to Lark's continued dedication to creating the world's most innovative whisky. Born in the 1950's, Chinotto is Italy's most beloved sparkling drink, with distinct bitter orange flavours from the citrus oils of the myrtle-leaved Chinotto oranges of sun-kissed Southern Italy. We created our very own Chinotto at our Tasmanian distillery, which we have used to liberally season our casks, resulting in a single malt bursting with Italian citrus and all the romance of a Tuscan holiday.
