Local liqueur house Osare blend Italian spirit-making traditions with modern methods and native botanicals to uncover creations uniquely evocative of Tasmania. We turned to their house-made Amaro to season a selection of whisky casks, creating the canvas this daring release would unfold in. The result is a complex and bittersweet single malt whisky that spectacularly celebrates the land it was made on.
As part of our commitment to sculpting creative, pioneering, and dynamic whisky; we are proud to introduce our Lark Amaro Cask. Single malt whisky, originally sourced from a fellow Tasmanian distillery and chosen by our team of distillers to be finished in our ground-breaking Amaro seasoned cask. Our ardent production team are always committed to selecting highest quality, flavour forward whisky at their disposal – which in this case included whisky from outside of the traditional Lark portfolio.
