Our new Signature portfolio is crafted around our house style: showcasing rich fortified depth, silky texture and a sweetness balanced by the umami edge of applewood-smoked water. Each release is uniquely bold, flavour-forward, and unmistakably Tasmanian.
Rare Seppeltsfield II TWC Limited Release
Matured in first-fill Apera casks from Seppeltsfield in the Barossa, including some that are up to 80 years old, and with an average age of about 50. It’s a big, luscious throwback to some of our earliest sherried releases.
Personalised Single Malt

Scorched red fruit aromas give way to smooth almond fudge and rich chocolate, leaving a warming finish that lingers. A tempest of flavour, perfectly balanced.
