Orders are sent express via Australa post, with full insurance. All orders are shipped same day when ordered before 12pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday morning.

Proof of age and signature are required.

If sending goods to your place of work (or a business) please be sure to include the business name and level.

For metro delivery, we suggest allowing 1-2 business days for your order to arrive.

For delivery outside of metro areas, we suggest allowing up to 5 business days for your order to arrive. ‍For rural areas, please allow a little extra time. If your order is urgent, please let us know so we can do our best to meet your requirements.

Fill glass with ice
Top with pear soda
Squeeze of lemon
Pear fan garnish

SMOOTH AND RICH

NIGHT FASHIONED

60ml DARK LARK Single Malt Whisky
10ml Maple coffee*
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Garnish flamed citrus peel or a coffee bean

*Add 30ml espresso to 100ml warmed Maple syrup, stir until combined.

SMOOTH AND RICH

AMBER GLOW

30ml DARK LARK Single Malt Whisky
60ml Pear and honey cordial*
10ml Lemon juice
Top up with Champagne
Cherry garnish

*250ml Pear juice, 100ml Honey, 1 TSPN Citric acid.

Warm all ingredients in saucepan on stovetop and stir to incorporate, avoid simmer or boiling.

Remove from heat and stand until cool.
