Flavour Profile

Chocolate liqueur and aromatic bitters lift the nose, followed by pipe tobacco sweetness and buttery spiced fruit loaf. The palate evolves into velvety toffee fudge, floral jam and honey sweetened Earl Grey, closing on dark botanical complexity with lingering alpine character.

Master Blender, Chris Thomson has masterfully seasoned a very small selection of Port and Sherry Casks using Osare’s house-made Amaro, creating a complex and bittersweet Tasmanian Single Malt whisky that spectacularly celebrates the land it was made on.
