This 45-minute guided tasting takes you through the process from grain to glass, highlighting what makes Tasmania home to some of the world’s best drams. You’ll taste three unique whiskies straight from the cask, perfect for anyone starting their whisky journey.

This guided tasting takes you through the LARK story, from the fishing trip that started an industry to recent genre-pushing releases. Enjoy a series of single malt whiskies that showcase the first and original Tasmanian whisky distillery of the modern era.

Our 2-hour gin making masterclasses gives guests an exciting, first-hand look behind the process of crafting premium native gin. Explore the sensory world of botanicals, drink some delicious gin, and learn to blend aromas and flavours under the close guidance of our Forty Spotted Gin Professors.

Redeemable across each LARK venue in Tasmania, from Whisky Bars to Distillery Tours and even Gin Making Masterclasses, there's a venue or experience for everyone.

Situated on the Hobart waterfront, our Davey Street Cellar Door was once distillery and bond store, and is steeped in history. Come in for a tasting and discover where it all began over 32 years ago. Open daily 11am-7pm. Bookings not essential, walk ins welcome.
