The Still — LARK Whisky Bar (Hobart CBD)
A suave, atmospheric whisky and cocktail lounge located in the historic Mercury Print Room. With over 150 Tasmanian whiskies and highly praised service, it’s ideal for intimate or large cocktail style events. And with a full working kitchen we have flexible catering options for tastings, functions and group bookings.

Capacity: Up to 110 cocktail / 50 seated.

LARK Cellar Door — Davey Street (Waterfront Hobart)
The birthplace of modern Tasmanian whisky, recently refurbished with a flexible event space ideal for private groups and tastings. Capacity: Up to 50.

LARK Pontville Distillery (Pontville)
Set among beautifully restored 1800s buildings, this historic site can host groups from 20 - 200 across the estate.

Yes. The Still offers food and event catering. Catering at other sites is available through 3rd parties.
