Whisky Sour
60ml Rebellion
20ml Fresh lemon juice
Whites of 1 egg
15ml simple syrup
1 dash saline
/ pinch table salt
Build all the ingredients over ice in a shaker and strain into the glass.
Garnish with an orange twist and let it rest on ice.
Boulevardier Highball
45ml Chinotto Cask
10ml Dry Vermouth
10ml Sweet Vermouth
20ml Campari
90ml soda
Fill ice in a tall glass and build the ingredients in the glass.
Garnish with Australian lemon thyme and ginger.
