Located in the historic Mercury Print Room at 30 Argyle Street, The Still is LARK’s flagship whisky and cocktail bar — a space where Tasmania’s world class spirits take centre stage. By day, it’s a retail and tasting room; by night, it transforms into a suave yet comfortable whisky and cocktail lounge, celebrated for its atmosphere, service, and exceptional spirit selection.

Whether you’re enjoying a whisky flight, sipping a cocktail at the bar, or settling into the low lit lounge for a late night whisky, The Still delivers a premium experience that reflects the spirit and craftsmanship of Tasmania. Walk-ins are welcome at any time, or a table can be booked via our reservations button below.
