Christmas Cask No.125 is made for long lunches, full tables and moments shared, with notes of spiced apple, caramel and Port richness.
Our Limited Edition Tasmanian single malt is back for an eighth festive season. Matured in first-fill Port and Sherry casks, then finished in red wine barrels seasoned with Jean-Pascal Bakery's Fruit Mince Pie jus.
Bottled at 43% ABV in a new 700mL format, so you get 200mL more for the same price.

Taste of Christmas
A surplus of Jean-Pascal's Fruit Mince Pie jus was fermented at Frogmore Creek Winery. That inspired LARK Master Distiller Chris Thomson to create a one-of-a-kind cask finish, and the Christmas Cask has been a festive tradition ever since.
Nose: Plum pudding with brandy butter, layered with mulled wine spice and a hint of gingerbread.
Taste: A buttery arrival of coconut shortbread and baked custard, developing into spiced apple and caramel sauce.
Finish: Long and indulgent, with candied walnut, orange cream and Port richness.

The wrap-around illustration reveals Pontville's historic horse stables beneath a starlit Tasmanian Christmas sky, with Bill and Lyn Lark sharing a toast at its heart. Gold foil and gloss varnish bring out the details, and the festive etchings continue on the inside cover.
