LARK Distillery launches Pontville Summer Series. All locals are welcome to come down for a complimentary LARK Whisky Distillery Tour, enjoy live music and games on the lawn or taste the local cuisine from a few of Tassies finest; La Sardina Loca, Jamie Yates, Banh Mi N'Grill and Cantina Loca.
Every Saturday and Sunday through January, 12pm till 5pm.
LARK founds and global ambassador, Bill Lark says: "We are excited to share our vision and passion with all Tasmanians. LARK at Pontville points to the exciting future of Australian whisky. I could never have imagined thirty years ago from my kitchen bench, where that first bottle of LARK was made, that thirty years later we'd be producing some of the world's best whiskies right here in Tasmania."

Running every Saturday and Sunday afternoon in January, from midday Jan 7th.
Families and children welcome on the grounds.
Complimentary Distillery Tour valid for all Tasmanian residents.
Each Saturday and Sunday afternoon for the month of January will see a rotating schedule or local chefs.
