Private Blend is a 2 hour hands on whisky blending masterclass where participants taste four cask strength LARK single malts and blend their own bespoke 700ml bottle.

You’ll taste four different cask strength Tasmanian single malts, each selected for its unique flavour and suitability for blending.
Do I get to take home the whisky I create?
Yes – every guest leaves with a 700ml bottle of their own custom LARK whisky blend, crafted during the session.
Do I need whisky knowledge or blending experience?
Not at all. Private Blend is designed for both newcomers and enthusiasts. Man of Many notes this experience is ideal for whisky lovers looking for a deeper, more immersive encounter.

Sessions are held at LARK Cellar Door – 14 Davey Street Hobart 7000.
How long does the experience last?
The blending masterclass runs for approximately 2 hours.
How much does Private Blend cost?
The price is $999 per person, including all tastings and your custom 700ml bottle.
When is it offered? Private Blend is available at 3pm daily.
Is there a purchase discount included? Yes — participants receive a 10% discount on bottle purchases at GOTHAM (excluding Rare Cask and Limited Releases).
Are children allowed?
All guests must be 18 years or older, as whisky tastings are included in the experience.
Is LARK Cellar Door accessible for visitors with mobility needs?
The site is accessible; however it is a heritage building that spans two floors so please let us know in advance if you have accessibility needs so we can ensure the most appropriate part of the venue is utilised for your experience

You may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled experience. Changes made within 24 hours cannot be accommodated.
