Bar food menu made for late nights
Come in and try Chef Benjamin Co-Pavier's menu of plates reminiscent of New York cocktail bars: shucked-to-order Tasmanian Oyster Co. oysters, Robbins Island wagyu skewers, crispy fried chicken, and a cheeseburger set to become Hobart's favourite late-night dish.

Jazz nights
Hobart's favourite moody mid-week artists. Every Wednesday from 5:30pm-8:30pm.

Happy Hour
Half-price gin martinis and freshly shucked oysters. Wednesday to Sunday, 4pm-6pm.

What is GOTHAM at The Still?
The Still is LARK’s flagship whisky and cocktail bar – a retail and tasting room by day that becomes a sophisticated whisky and cocktail lounge by night.

Where is it located?
You can find us at 30 Argyle Street, Hobart, inside the historic Mercury Print Room.

Children are allowed when accompanied by a responsible adult until 8pm.
