Our Sherry Aged & Sherry Finished single malt whisky won gold last year at IWSC. It's a marriage of first fill ex-sherry casks from our Cambridge Distillery, finished in a combination of carefully selected Oloroso and PX Sherry Butts from Seppeltsfield in South Australia.
