The Wilderness Collection distils Tasmania’s wildness. From the Earth chapter, “The King Billy Pine” draws its essence from LARK's Central Highland peat marsh, around which the endemic King Billy Pine thrives. Matured in #LD4319, a Tawny Port Single Cask, this whisky heralds our distinctive Tasmanian peat highlighted by rich notes of honey, fresh pine, smoked chocolate, and zesty burnt orange.
