Terms & Conditions
By purchasing this voucher you agree to be bound by these term and conditions. The voucher and voucher code must be presented to, and clearly sighted by Lark Distillery staff when redeeming. This may be printed or in digital format. Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the purchase date. Our record of expiry date is final after which, any remaining funds on the voucher will not be available for redemption and any remaining funds will be forfeited.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and can only be redeemed at the venue listed on the voucher. Vouchers must be used for their full value in one transaction. No funds will be retained and if the full value is not used then any remaining funds will be forfeited.
Vouchers may not be used to purchase more vouchers
If the voucher is for a product or experience that we no longer offer, then it may be redeemed for equivalent value in the specified venue.
Vouchers cannot be used for prepaid bookings for events or for any third-party transactions regardless of whether that event takes place in the venue for which your voucher is valid.
When redeeming a voucher, voucher holders must be over 18 years of age. Proof of age must be provided if requested. If proof of age cannot be provided Lark Distillery Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse redemption of the voucher until suitable identification can be provided.
Your use of this voucher is subject at all times to the policies (and, at other times where applicable, other terms and conditions) of Lark Distillery Pty Ltd regarding the goods and services made available to it.
You, as the purchaser are liable for all transactions on your voucher, except to the extent to which there has been proven fraud or negligence by Lark Distillery Pty Ltd or an employee of Lark Distillery Pty Ltd. In an attempt to protect consumers from voucher fraud, you may be asked to provide proof of identity if the voucher is presented within 7 days of the purchase date. (A copy of this identification may be made if this voucher is a gift).
Lark Distillery Pty Ltd is not liable for any vouchers sold through any online auction sites. Vouchers must be treated like cash. Lark Distillery Pty Ltd has no obligation to replace or refund value for lost or stolen vouchers except where we have breached any condition or warranty implied under consumer protection legislation.
