Our island is bursting at the seams with inspiration, so we didn’t have to look far when creating our Citrus and Pepperberry expression.
Right from the first pour, the aromatic elements of Tasmanian citrus and native pepperberry rise up to say ‘G’day’ and offer a hint of what’s to come.
Invigorating notes of tangerine and orange ignite the senses and complement the pepperberry while letting just the right amount of sweetness and zing shine on through. Sip and savour us as the sun goes down, Tassie styles.
MANDARIN COLLINS
Meet Tom’s handsome cousin - charming, sweet, and always the life of the party.
Ingredients:
45ml Citrus & Pepperberry Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Mandarin Juice
15ml Simple Syrup (1 part water, 1 part sugar)
90ml Soda Water
How to make it:
Give everything but the soda a quick shake - no need to break a sweat here. Pour into a tall glass over ice, top with a crisp splash of soda water and garnish with a bright orange wheel. Kick back and enjoy this citrusy, zesty sip of sunshine.
MR. TUCCI
He’s sophisticated, smooth, and just a little bit irresistible.
Ingredients:
30ml Citrus & Pepperberry Gin
20ml Sweet Vermouth
20ml Campari
10ml Crème de Cacao Liqueur
How to make it:
Stir together Forty Spotted Citrus & Pepperberry Gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, and a dash of crème de cacao liqueur over ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube, and garnish with a delicate flake of shaved dark chocolate. Like Mr. Tucci himself, this cocktail is charming, sophisticated and always dressed to impress.

Ingredients:
45ml Citrus & Pepperberry Gin
15ml Clarified watermelon juice
15ml Lime juice
10ml Simple syrup
5 mint leaves
½ red chilli muddled
How to make it:
Start by muddling fresh mint and red chili to stir up a bit of heat. Add Forty Spotted Citrus & Pepperberry Gin, clarified watermelon juice, lime juice, and a splash of simple syrup. Shake it all up on ice, then fine strain into a coupette. It’s a pool party in a glass - refreshing and fruity, with a cheeky little kick.
