Forty Spotted Classic is crafted to punctuate the highly aromatic native Tasmanian pepperberry. Fresh kaffir lime leaves & a lemon peel dryness warm to sweet, lingering notes of complementary herbs and spices. Clean, fresh & excitingly complex, it’s a spirit designed to excite the curious drinker.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

All domestic web sales orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express eParcel. Proof of age and an adults signature are required for every shipment. Tracking and insurance is included with each shipment for peace of mind.

We dispatch goods Monday to Friday. If sending goods to your place of work (or a business) please be sure to include the business name and level.

For metro delivery, we suggest allowing 1-2 business days for your order to arrive. Most orders arrive next business day if ordered before 2pm.

For delivery outside of metro areas, we suggest allowing up to 2-6 business days for your order to arrive. ‍

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Proof of age and an adults signature are required for every shipment. Please allow 1-3 business days for international orders to be dispatched. Tracking and insurance is included with each shipment for peace of mind.

All international delivery timeframes and rates will vary and will be quoted at checkout based on your order's total weight and delivery location. Please note that these delivery timeframes are a guide and may change based on border delays specific to your country which are outside of our control.

Like a story unfolding, our Classic begins with the unmistakable aroma of native Tasmanian pepperberry that rises upon pour closely followed by a distinctively warm flavour that greets you from the very first sip.

This classic Tasmanian is rich in character thanks to fresh makrut lime leaves, dry lemon peel and delicate notes of select herbs and spices fortified to tantalise and linger, rather than overbear. Creative, complex and well balanced, our Forty Spotted Classic feels right at home, everywhere it goes.

LONDON CALLING

A cheeky riff on a classic, bringing a dash of Tasmanian flair to a London favourite.

Ingredients:
45ml Classic Gin
15ml Fino Sherry
10ml Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
1 Wedge of Ruby Grapefruit
2 Barspoons Simple Syrup (1 part water, 1 part sugar)

How to make it:

In a shaker, combine Forty Spotted Classic Gin, a bit of fino sherry, and a splash of zesty lemon juice. Add a couple of dashes of grapefruit bitters and a wedge of ruby grapefruit then sweeten it up with two barspoons of simple syrup. Shake it all up with ice and strain into a sleek Nick and Nora glass. Feeling fancy? Garnish with a native pepperberry leaf for a uniquely Tasmanian touch.

Ingredients:
45ml Classic Gin
15ml Grapefruit Juice
120ml Grapefruit Soda
Pink Salt
Fresh Grapefruit Slice

How to make it:

Combine Forty Spotted Classic Gin with fresh grapefruit juice and a pinch of pink salt for that perfect balance of sweet and savoury.
