GINGERBREAD OLD FASHIONED
60ml LARK Christmas Cask
5ml PX Sherry
3 Barspoons Spiced Ginger Syrup*
1 Dash Bitters
Stir all ingredients on ice. Strain into a rocks glass on a large piece of ice. Express orange peel onto the surface of the cocktail and garnish. Enjoy
*Heat water, caster sugar, grated ginger, cinnamon and allspice together in a pot until combined and richly aromatic.
CHRISTMAS CASK PAVLOVA FIZZ
60ml LARK Christmas Cask
25ml Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
1 Barspoon Passion fruit Pulp
1/2 Vanilla Pod
1 Egg White
Soda
Lightly muddle the vanilla pod and passion fruit together in a cocktail shaker. Add all other ingredients except soda and whip together for a few minutes. Add ice and briefly shake. Double strain into a tall glass and slowly add enough soda to create a fluffy head to the drink. Garnish with a
meringue and enjoy.
