This Lark single malt is a marriage of first-fill ex-sherry casks from our Cambridge Distillery, finished in a combination of carefully selected Oloroso and PX Sherry Butts from Seppeltsfield in South Australia.

Wonderfully full, sweet, and aromatic. Dried figs, glace orange slices, tiramisu, roasted hazelnuts, and chocolate covered candied ginger.

Palate

Sticky sherry and sweet spiced oak. Juicy muscatels and honeyed almonds immediately followed by a burst of fresh salinity and bright grapefruit acidity.
