A dark and fruity limited release from our Coal Valley Distillery, paired with an engraved Glencairn tasting glass, the preferred tasting glass for whisky connoisseurs.
Our Head Distiller Chris Thomson has taken our Tawny-dominated Classic Cask and finished it in a single Australian Tawny cask, taking it to sensational new heights. The cask was especially selected from Seppeltsfield Winery in the Barossa Valley. The result is a familiar Tasmanian single malt that quickly develops into a Tawny explosion of raspberry and blackberry, perfectly balanced with creamy caramel and a light dusting of cinnamon.

Nose
Rich tawny, dark chocolate, apple and blackcurrant crumble with old oak, leather-bound books and toffee.
Palate
Vanilla custard, our signature candied orange peel, rich toffee and oak.
Finish
Transitions from rich dark fruit to remnants of oak and smoke.
